How ELEV8 Works
Nine months of weekly mentorship — Each participant is paired with a trusted adult mentor who walks alongside them consistently over nine months.
Real-world practice — Mentorship happens in the moments most programs cannot reach: driving lessons, job applications, grocery runs, social situations, gym visits, coffee shop meetings.
The 8 Dimensions of Wellness — Every mentor is trained to work across mental, physical, emotional, social, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, and environmental dimensions because independence is built across all of them.
Donor-funded access — ELEV8 is donation-supported. No young adult is turned away because of cost.

Neurodivergent young adults ages 18-25 who are working toward independent adulthood. This includes young adults with autism, ADHD, learning differences, or other neurodivergent profiles.
Our programs are rooted in biblical teaching and Christian faith. Participants should be open to exploring Scripture and growing in their relationship with God.
