Adult wellness is not a single practice. It is the ongoing work of tending to the whole person — mental, physical, emotional, social, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, and environmental. JLC offers coordinated group programming designed to meet adults where they are in that work.
What We Offer
- DBT Skills Groups — Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills groups for adults building emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.
- Women's Group — A space for women to do the work of growth alongside other women committed to the same journey.
- Men's Group — A space for men to do the work of growth alongside other men committed to the same journey.
- Individual Coaching Coordination — Support and connections to trusted practitioners for one-on-one work.
- Wellness Workshops — Periodic offerings addressing specific dimensions of wellness.
