  • About Us

Our Mission

Supporting You Through Every Stage of Life

JLC Wellness Collective exists to walk alongside people who are building whole lives in Douglas County. We serve neurodivergent young adults navigating the transition to independent adulthood, veterans and first responders healing from what service asked of them, and families facing hardship.

Every program is donation-supported and grounded in the belief that healing happens across every dimension of who a person is.
  • Our Programs

Our Programs

Every JLC program addresses a specific need in our community. All are donation-supported. All are grounded in the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.

For Teens and Young Adults

ELEV8 is our nine-month transition mentorship program for neurodivergent young adults ages 13 to 25. Weekly one-on-one mentorship pairs each participant with a trusted adult who walks alongside them through the practical work of building an independent life.

For Veterans and First Responders

Coordinated integrative therapy for those who have carried what service asks of them. JLC coordinates access to licensed care alongside wraparound support that traditional treatment models cannot reach.

For Adults Building Wellness

Groups and offerings for adults seeking whole-person wellness. From DBT skills groups to women's and men's groups to marriage and relationship programming, JLC creates spaces where adults can do the real work of growth.

For Families Facing Hardship

Community Lift meets practical needs across Douglas County. Thanksgiving meals, holiday support, emergency assistance, and school supply distribution for families in the seasons when a little help changes everything.

  • Our Approach

Character-Driven. Skills-Based. Community-Supported.

Character Development

We believe lasting change comes from building strong character — integrity, resilience, compassion, courage, and wisdom. Our programs focus on who you're becoming, not just what you're achieving.

Practical Skills

Growth requires more than insight — it requires actionable tools. From communication techniques to emotional regulation to social etiquette, we teach skills you can use immediately in real life.

Supportive Community

Transformation happens in community. We create safe spaces where people can be authentic, vulnerable, and supported as they grow. You don't walk this journey alone.

  • How We're Different

More Than Programs — Real Transformation

We Go Deep
Rather than surface-level solutions, we commit to comprehensive, long-term transformation. Our nine-month ELEV8 mentorship reflects this commitment to depth.

We Address Root Causes
Instead of just treating symptoms, we help people understand and address underlying patterns, beliefs, and behaviors.

We Serve with Dignity
Whether someone invests $3,000 in mentorship or requests emergency food assistance, they receive the same respect and compassion.

We Maintain Excellence
Background-checked staff, evidence-based practices, trained facilitators, and financial transparency — we operate with integrity in all things.

We Build Community
Programs are just tools. Transformation happens through authentic relationships where people feel known, valued, and challenged to grow.
